💡 What to Bring on Your Horse Riding Tour
- Long Trousers / Leggings (Very Important): The heat of the saddle and the horse can irritate the insides of your legs while riding. For this reason it is strongly recommended to come to the tour not in shorts or a skirt but in long, flexible trousers or leggings.
- Closed Shoes: Slippers or sandals are absolutely unsuitable for gripping the stirrup (footrest) comfortably and safely. You must wear closed sports shoes.
- Sun Protection: Even though it will be in the forested area, bring sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses for the Mediterranean sun.
- Camera / Phone: You can bring your phone to record these unique moments in nature (choose clothing with a zipped pocket so you do not drop it while riding).

I've never ridden a horse before, is it dangerous?
Absolutely not. 90% of the guests who join our tour are people riding a horse for the first time in their lives. Our horses are specially trained and gentle. In addition, throughout the walk our expert grooms keep control by holding the horse's rein or walking right beside you.
Can children ride a horse on their own?
Children aged 7–8 and over, whose physical development is suitable, can ride their own horses on their own under the direct control of the instructors. Younger children can safely join the safari on their parents' lap (on the same horse).
Is there a weight or health limit for riding?
In consideration of our horses' spinal health and our guests' safety, a maximum riding weight of 100–110 kg is applied. In addition, under the safety rules it is not suitable for pregnant women to join the horse safari.
Can we gallop with the horses during the ride?
Under general safety procedures our horse safari tour proceeds at the pace of a calm “nature walk”. So as not to put the safety of the tour group at risk, galloping (galop) with novice riders is not permitted.
